I understand the anxieties that can come with starting a fitness routine, as I once grappled with the same fears, feeling overwhelmed and intimidated by the gym environment. That's precisely why I began my fitness journey at home, and it's this personal experience that fuels my commitment to helping others overcome their fitness obstacles.
